Colorado Casa provide educational opportunities to many first-time buyers (as well as previous home owners and sellers) through quarterly Home-Buyer seminars. These seminars provide a forum for individuals to ask questions and learn about purchasing a home. These are provided in conjunction with a local Lender in order that both real estate and financing questions may be addressed. These seminars are provided free of charge to attendees.
Mortgage Refinancing
Colorado Casa have affiliated themselves with a mortgage broker in the Colorado Springs community. We are now able to assist our clients with their refinancing needs, providing the lowest available interest rates, with reasonable costs without excessive points or junk fees.
Moving Truck
Colorado Casa have a 16 foot moving van that is available to clients to assist them with their local moving needs. Whether your moving across town or need to pick-up new furniture, our truck is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Make your reservations by calling (719) 538-1234. This service is free of charge to our clients.
Referral Services
Colorado Casa have assembled a list of qualified professionals with whom they do business. These "industry partners" work with Colorado Casa as part of their real estate TEAM. The TEAM's goal is to provide cutting edge services to our clients, through honest and conscientious professionalism.
Fax Services
Colorado Casa leave their fax machine on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Clients are encouraged to send and receive faxes as necessary. This service is free of charge to our clients.
Relocation Services
Colorado Casa offer a free referral service to other qualified Real Estate Agents around the world. If you are interested in purchasing or selling properties in other locations, we can assist you in choosing the "right" REALTOR® for your needs. We can also assist with the transaction where possible. This service is paid for by the receiving Agent, and is free of charge to our clients.
Rental Services
Colorado Casa provide rental assistance to those persons and/or families that do not desire to purchase a home, for whatever reason. We assist with locating available rental properties for customers.
