Jorgette & Boris have a two-prong approach to a homes value in Colorado Springs:

First, we will provide Sellers with a CMA (comparable market analysis) of homes (includes active, pending, sold and expired/withdrawn) which will allow a seller to see (on paper) where your home fits into the current market. These are homes are similar in size and style, in the immediate area, normally within 1-2 area miles. These are homes an appraiser will use when called upon to do a home appraisal for the Lender after the home is under contract.

Secondly, we take our “clients” on a tour of homes which Buyers will see and compare with their home. These homes may be in all areas of the city - because a buyer is not necessarily restricted to a particular area, but we will compare homes similar in age, size and quality to the home which is to be sold. By doing this, our Sellers are much more likely to increase their own homes salability. They have seen the competition and can visually identify and correct anything that their home may need to compete in the market.

Once we have established our sales price and what needs to be done to be competitive in today's housing market, our Sellers can relax and know that they've done everything they can to improve their home appeal. That's when
